Zhejiang Telcera New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Dushan Port Economic Development Zone, Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, bordering Shanghai Jinshan in the east and Hangzhou Bay in the south. The company specializes in R&D and manufacturing of high-end ceramic powders, electronic pastes, ceramic packaging substrates, ceramic sputtering targets and other ceramic related new materials, which are widely used in fields such as semiconductors, 5G communication, electronic components, device packaging, optoelectronic displays, new energy, energy-saving glass, etc.

Dr. Kong Lingbing, the Chief Scientist of the company, was selected as a leading talent in Pinghu City. He used to be a professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Senior Researcher and Head of Advanced Materials Group in Temasek Labs, National University of Singapore. Currently, he is a Distinguished Professor, Shenzhen Technology University. He has published more than 330 journal papers, 6 English monographs, 17 English book chapters, and more than 100 confer- ence papers/abstracts. He has SCI citation of >11000 and H-index of 54. He has been in the list of "World’s Top 2% Scientists (Career and Single Year)" since 2019 released by Stanford University.
